Seat assignments will be disclosed as arranged on the first day of your tour upon boarding your bus.Regardless of your pickup location, you will have a seat assigned and saved for you for your reservation and seats are almost always assigned together for travelers on the same reservation.

The third guest joins the tour for FREE (except applicable *admission fee) on share room basis.
The Buy 2 Get 1 Free is reflected in the pricing.
Double 2:1 room= $598/person
Triple 3:1 room= $419/ person
Quad 4:1 room= $416/ person
If tickets are purchased now the sale price would be reflected for any departure date.
There is no guarantee how long the sale will last, but the price will not apply when the sale is over.
Please book as soon as possible to get the best rate and secure your reservation.
When booking other tours please cross check dates to avoid over lapping tours.

For 6 Adults you will be required to have a minimum of 2 rooms.
If you have 3 Adults in each room the Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion will be reflected in the price.

Please keep in mind that you are a single traveler, and that is why the price is a little more per person than those who share a room.

Please note that order of day-to-day itinerary is adjustable depending on tour start day.
Day 2 is Grand Canyon and there are no Airplane sightseeing tours offered as an Optional tour in the 5 day package.
As the tour schedule can be variable, we do not advise you to make any tour / excursions arrangements or reservations that fall within the travel dates of a package tour that you will be taking.

Please note that order of day-to-day itinerary is adjustable depending on tour start day.
If the routing is followed for your departure as shown on the tour's itinerary description on Day 1 you will go straight to Grand Canyon West and stay overnight.
Arrival to Grand Canyon will be in the evening after 7pm.
On Day 2 after breakfast and activities you would get to Las Vegas in the evening after 6pm.
If the routing is changed, where the first night is spent in Las Vegas, arrival to the West Rim of the Grand Canyon will not usually be until afternoon of day 2 on the tour.
The order of the itinerary will usually be confirmed about 1 week prior to departure.
